Day 29: Teaching Styles for Homeschooling High School

Help your #homeschool high school student learn independently -- no matter your teaching style! #homeschoolmadeeasy

We are finishing up our look at Homeschool Made Easy with the high school years. We’ve discussed what our students will cover these years and how they will maximize their learning style to study independently. Now, it’s about you.

Ever since the middle school years began , you’ve been taking small steps back from controlling your student’s education. Little by little, you’ve let him take over supervising himself, completing his assignments, and even learning new concepts on his own. This transition to independent learning ramped up in the freshman year, so that by the junior or senior year of high school, your student is pretty much on his own for his school work.

What is your teaching style for your high school student?
