Even as a pediatrician, I was once mislead into believing some of the stereotypes of about homeschoolers. Luckily, I have also had some wonderful families who have helped teach me that homeschoolers are much like everyone else.  Lea Ann Garfias is a mom of one of those families! She was homeschooled and has done a great job homeschooling her own children – all six of them!

Is homeschooling for you and your child? This book will help you figure that out. It is a great resource, both for parents who have just started thinking about homeschooling and those who need some help along the way.
